You know the French business landscape and how to open the right doors. As an Associate, you champion the Kada & Rozart offering to executives who must make fast decisions in an unstable world. You will be one of the firm's first ambassadors in its home market.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies that operate internationally and face compliance, AI or geopolitical risk challenges
• Present the offering of the firm's three practices and build, with fellow Associates, proposals tailored to each client
• Develop and lead a network of executives, legal departments and risk departments in your region
• Track your prospects and clients from your Associate space (dedicated code, tracking of the business you bring in)
• Report the early signals of your market back to the firm: regulations, tensions, opportunities

Your profile

• At least 7 years of business development experience in consulting, legal services, audit or B2B tech
• An established network among executives or legal departments in your region
• Genuine ease in speaking and writing, in both French and English; another language of the region is a plus
• Genuine curiosity and strong general knowledge
• A sharp critical mind and a taste for solving complex problems
• A confident optimism about innovation, AI and the transformation of professions
• The desire to work in a diverse, demanding and friendly team

Terms

• Independent Associate status, in partnership with the firm
• Variable remuneration based on the business you bring in, under the terms of the association agreement
• Flexible organisation, with access to the firm's tools, content and teams
