Description and requirements
In just a few years, Europe has built the densest digital regulatory framework in the world. You help our clients comply with it without slowing down their business.
Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on the GDPR, the AI Act, NIS2, DORA, the Cyber Resilience Act and the DSA/DMA
- Carry out compliance audits and impact assessments
- Draft policies, records of processing, contractual clauses and compliance documentation
- Act as outsourced Data Protection Officer for certain clients
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to the firm's publications
Your profile
- A master's degree in digital law or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience
- A good command of the GDPR and knowledge of the new European legislation
- DPO certification is a plus
- Genuine curiosity and strong general knowledge
- A sharp critical mind and a taste for solving complex problems
- A confident optimism about innovation, AI and the transformation of professions
- The desire to work in a diverse, demanding and friendly team
