1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Kada & Associates website and its advisory artificial intelligence, "Alim," by any visitor or user (hereafter "the User"). Access to the Site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Service description

The Site provides access to "Alim," a conversational artificial intelligence that can, at the User's choice, respond with a generic personality tied to the chosen domain (Atlas Advisory, Legal Operations, Dispute Resolution) or by adopting the style and thinking of a public-domain historical figure (Machiavelli, Seneca, Mazarin, and other advisors presented on the Site).

Alim does not under any circumstances replace an individual consultation with a legal professional and does not provide binding legal advice. Exchanges with Alim can be escalated to a direct consultation with the Kada & Associates firm.

3. User account

Some features (including keeping your conversation history) require an account, with a confirmed email address and a password. The User is responsible for keeping their password and account access confidential. Purchases (Kada advisory subscription, Alim Pro access) are governed by the terms of sale.

4. Use of the Site and Alim

The User agrees to use the Site and Alim fairly, in accordance with their purpose of information and guidance, and not to attempt to divert their use (mass content extraction, attempts to bypass technical limits or safeguards in place, use for unlawful purposes).

The optional information the User chooses to provide (via "Enrich context" or the context-adding button) is used solely to personalize the answer given to their question, under the conditions described in the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content (except for the public-domain works underlying the historical advisors' personalities) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Service availability

The publisher strives to ensure continuous access to the Site, without any obligation of result. The Site may be interrupted, notably for maintenance operations or in the event of a malfunction of third-party services it depends on (text-generation model provider, hosting).

7. Changes to these Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date the User connects to the Site.

8. Governing law and disputes
