1. Offers

Kada advisory subscription, for companies only: Standard or Pro plan, built in the simulator on the Our offers page (company size, number of team members and administrator accounts), with the Alim (Alim Pro for each team member), ConcordIA and Altrust options and their usage settings.

Alim Pro for individuals: 30 day or one year access to all of Alim's historical advisors, as a one time payment, with no automatic renewal.

Alim Pro gives access to an assisted reflection experience; it is not an advisory engagement of the firm and does not replace professional advice suited to your situation.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, excluding and including taxes. The amount shown on the payment button and in the summary is exactly the amount charged; it is confirmed before the payment form opens, based on the customer's country and, where relevant, VAT number.

For a company established in another EU member state with a valid VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT, which is reverse charged by the customer.

Discounts (annual commitment, ConcordIA and Altrust together, promo code or associate code) are applied automatically and detailed in the summary. A code that has expired, been deactivated or does not cover the chosen offer is not applied.

Above the threshold shown in the simulator, or at the customer's request, pricing is set by quote.

3. Order and payment

Ordering requires an account. The customer checks the summary, enters billing details, accepts these terms and pays by card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay, in a secure payment form provided by Stripe and embedded in the site.

Kada & Associates never has access to the full card number. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed; a receipt is sent by email.

The subscription is paid on order, then at each monthly or annual renewal, from the saved payment method.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

Monthly subscription: no commitment, renewed every month, cancellable at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, already paid.

Annual subscription: 12 month commitment, billed once a year, renewed for 12 months at its end date. The customer is informed by email before each renewal and may cancel before the end date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period, with no refund of the period started.

Cancellation takes three clicks from the organisation page (Cancel subscription, then confirmation).

Alim Pro for individuals is neither renewed nor extended automatically: access ends on the date shown.

5. Changing the subscription

Administrators can add team members, administrator accounts or options at any time: the new price and the prorated amount due are shown and confirmed before any change.

During the annual commitment, reductions (fewer team members, options removed, switch to monthly) take effect at renewal.

6. Failed payment

If a payment fails, new attempts are made automatically and administrators are notified by email. Without settlement, the organisation's access is suspended, then restored as soon as payment is received.

7. Organisation accounts

Each invited team member and administrator takes one seat, up to the number paid for. Administrators invite and remove team members; a removed team member immediately loses the access included in the subscription.

Access to the ConcordIA and Altrust applications, when these options are taken, is open to the organisation's members for the duration of the subscription.

8. Right of withdrawal

Individuals have 14 days to withdraw. For Alim Pro, digital content supplied immediately, access only starts with their express consent and waiver of this right, collected before payment (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

The Kada advisory subscription is a business to business contract and gives no right of withdrawal, subject to article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code for businesses that meet its conditions.

9. Invoices

Subscription invoices are available on the organisation page. Alim Pro invoices can be downloaded from the account settings. Payments and invoices are kept for ten years.

10. Personal data

Data needed for the order, payment and invoicing is processed according to the site's privacy policy.

11. Consumer mediation

If a dispute with our customer service remains unresolved, individuals may refer it free of charge to the following consumer mediator: [TO BE COMPLETED: name and website of the consumer mediator]

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. For disputes between businesses, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the following district: [TO BE COMPLETED: competent territorial jurisdiction]
