Two positions, room for dialogue, an outcome to build.

A dispute is rarely just a matter of law.

It involves a business relationship, people, deadlines, sometimes the future of the company. Treating it purely as a legal file often makes it last longer.

We start by separating the facts, how each side perceives them and what each side really wants to protect. This tells us whether an agreement is possible, on what terms, and which route to take if it is not. We never promise an outcome: we help you choose the best route with full knowledge of the facts.

Acting before the dispute takes hold.

I · Prevent

Acting before the dispute takes hold.

A conflict often begins with a misunderstood expectation, an unclear responsibility or a delay nobody dares to raise. At this stage, a few well-prepared conversations can often prevent months of tension.

  • Identify points of friction in the contract and in the relationship.
  • Distinguish what each party says from what it is trying to protect.
  • Prepare the difficult conversation before it turns into a lawyer’s letter.
Restoring the conditions for dialogue.

II · Reconcile

Restoring the conditions for dialogue.

Dialogue does not mean giving in. It means clarifying what each side wants to preserve, what it cannot accept and how much room it has. A well-framed position makes it possible to explore solutions without committing too early.

  • Clarify positions and the points still open.
  • Bring out common interests and mutual dependencies.
  • Prepare negotiation scenarios and measure their consequences.
  • Recognise when an agreement is no longer reasonable.
Choosing the right route for the dispute.

III · Resolve

Choosing the right route for the dispute.

Negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation: each route has its own cost, duration and effect on the relationship. We help you choose with full knowledge of the facts and, when the matter requires a lawyer or an accredited arbitrator, we direct you to the right people and work with them.

  • Compare the possible routes for your case.
  • Measure timelines, costs and the effect on the relationship.
  • Coordinate specialist advisers when needed.
