Kada AI & Legal Ops

AI, working for your business.

Choose the right uses, put them in place properly and keep control of your data.

Where things stand

Your teams already use AI. The question is how.

  • 01Tools adopted one by one, with no common rule.
  • 02Confidential documents pasted into online services.
  • 03Projects launched without knowing what they will deliver.
  • 04A European regulation that already applies to some uses.

First trials

What we see

A few pilot projects, driven by motivated people, with no success criteria.

What we do with you

We choose with you the uses worth pursuing and set what you expect from them.

Our method

Five steps, from assessment to results.

  1. 01. Understand

Interviews with management and business teams, inventory of the tools already in use and the data they touch.

  2. 02. Choose

Each use is assessed on what it brings and the effort it requires. You start with what matters.

  3. 03. Frame

Usage rules, data, supplier contracts, classification under the AI Act and the GDPR.

  4. 04. Deploy

A first use in real conditions, with teams trained on the tool and its limits.

  5. 05. Measure

What was gained, what needs fixing, what can be extended. The framework evolves with your uses.

Deliverable: a map of your uses

Function by function

What AI changes, team by team.

Uses we put in place
  • Summaries of notes and reports before a decision
  • Preparation of board and committee meetings
  • Monitoring of your markets and competitors

AI Act

The European regulation classifies uses by risk.

Obligations depend on what the system does, not only on the tool. We classify each of your uses.

PROHIBITEDHIGH RISKTRANSPARENCYMINIMAL

High risk

Uses allowed under strict conditions: risk management, data quality, documentation and human oversight.

  • Recruitment, evaluation and management of employees
  • Creditworthiness assessment of individuals
  • Admission and assessment in education

The regulation applies in stages. Some obligations, such as training teams in AI, concern every company that uses these systems. We check with you which ones apply to you.

AI Transformation · initial orientation

AI Act. Assess your system

A few conditional questions to identify regulatory topics for review. The result is not a legal classification.

For example, manipulation or exploitation of vulnerabilities, social scoring, remote biometric identification, or emotion inference in certain contexts. A yes answer requires precise legal review.

Your answers remain on this page. They are only transmitted if you choose to contact Kada afterwards using the separate contact form.

AI TRANSFORMATION

Decision laboratory

Compare transformation paths against your priorities. Scenarios surface trade-offs; they do not predict outcomes.

Paths to examine

01

Frame, then experiment

Clarify the need and learn at small scale, with an initial milestone focused on quality.

Conditions
Available sponsor, limited test scope and defined decision criteria.
Point to examine
An experiment may stall if ownership and a decision gate are not set.
02

Automate a targeted scope

Focus effort on a recurring task and review quality before expanding.

Conditions
Documented process, suitable data, business review and fallback.
Point to examine
Automating exceptions or data whose quality remains uncertain.
03

Transform several processes

Coordinate several teams around a shared target, adapted to under 50 people.

Conditions
Governance, change management, resources and cross-team decisions.
Point to examine
A scope too broad for the current maturity and timeline.

Scenarios are qualitative and deterministic. No score or statistical result is calculated. Selected context: automate a process, exploration, flexible.

Free audit

Where does your organisation stand on AI?

Thirty-five questions, about five minutes, and a PDF report that tells you where to start. Your answers stay in your browser.

AUDIT YOUR ORGANIZATION'S AI MATURITY

Free PDF report. About five minutes.

35 questions to see where your organisation stands on AI and receive a report that tells you where to start.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical skills to take the audit?

No. The questions are about your organisation, your uses and your priorities. An executive can answer alone.

Does the AI Act concern my company?

As soon as you use AI systems, some obligations may apply to you, even if you do not build them. Their scope depends on the uses: we classify them one by one.

Can you design an AI specific to our company?

Yes. We can design an AI fed with your documents and hosted to your requirements. The scoping questionnaire is on the Proprietary AI page.

What happens to the audit report?

It is generated in your browser and you download it. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to write to us.

What happens if I call you?

An associate reviews your situation with you, with no commitment. If there is work to do, they propose a method, a timetable and a budget.

Let’s talk about your uses.

An associate of Kada AI & Legal Ops listens and tells you, simply, where to start.
